To help, VISSF is offering you access to Headlight - an anonymous, free and secure online tool that will take less than 5 minutes to complete.

Developed by our life insurer TAL and the University of Sydney's Brain and Mind Centre, Headlight asks a series of quick and simple questions to provide you with a range of evidence-based resources and targeted recommendations based on your personal wellbeing score and mental health lifestyle factors.
