Additional voluntary insurance
 

The Fund has an arrangement with its insurer whereby members who meet certain conditions can take out additional units of:

• death cover.
• death and total & permanent disablement cover.
• total disablement income cover.
   

The amount of each unit of additional insurance cover depends on your age at the later of the day the insurer accepts your application or the previous date of 1 February.
