Our personalised service

 VISSF does not use a call centre and is committed to offering a personal service to members.  We do this through a dedicated team that is always available to assist members and answer questions. 

At VISSF we recognise that superannuation has an important role in the lives of our members.  We encourage members to personally contact the VISSF team with any queries concerning their benefits or superannuation in general.

Members of the VISSF team are available to visit schools at any time.  These visits may entail a presentation to a group of members, or a VISSF team member can spend a whole day at a school meeting with members one on one.

The VISSF team gets to know the individual members.
